Valnova, previously known as the Spring Valley Subdivision, is a new master-planned community under development in the northwest foothills of Eagle, ID. The initial phase spans 1,006 acres, with 504 acres dedicated to open community space, and it's set to incorporate 2,200 residential properties alongside a 150,000-square-foot Village Center (non-residential). Of the proposed homes to be built, 1,447 will be single-family houses, 488 attached townhomes, and 264 apartments.
