Legally known as Truman Cove, The Cove at Eagle Lakes has been designed with the goals of the Eagle River District in mind. This new community will be located on a private street, allowing The Cove at Eagle Lakes homeowners privacy and security with an excellent connection to the vibrant and growing City of Eagle. All of The Cove at Eagle Lakes will have direct access to the lakes and the open regions within the community. Access to the Boise River Greenbelt and riverside character are essential elements that give Eagle much of its identity. This plan capitalizes on the natural beauty and recreational opportunities afforded by the Boise River.
The primary access to the site will be from E Riverside Drive, a frontage road providing access to several developments along Highway 44. E Riverside Drive can be accessed from Eagle Rd, Edgewood Ln, and Ancona Ave as well as a new access point on the east end of this project.
