Set on what used to be the Muller family’s 160-acre homestead, Eagledale is one of Eagle’s newest communities, and the first master-planned neighborhood from local builder Tresidio Homes. The name comes from the original cattle brand used on the property, and the layout still reflects a bit of that agricultural heritage. You’ll find a mix of townhomes, single-family homes, and estate lots that stretch up to a full acre, rare for a new build community this close to town. Plans call for resort-style amenities including a clubhouse, pool, pickleball courts, and open park space. Groundbreaking is expected in late 2024, with the first homes for sale by mid-2025.
