The Tanner Creek subdivision is a single-family and multi-family community by Schultz Development LLC in the planning stage at West Waltman Lane in Northwest Meridian, ID. The original proposal, which included 127 single family homesites and 272 multi-family units was denied by the City of Meridian on September 4th, 2018. We expect the plan to be resubmitted with a notable decrease in the number of apartment units. A project that includes a commercial component, consistent with the city's comprehensive plan for the area, would also increase the likelihood of approval.
