Trapper's Island is a condo development by Jayo Holdings and WHPacific currently in the planning stage at 3600 Americana Terrace in North Boise, ID. The condominium buildings and on-site amenities will be located on an undeveloped 7.4-acre parcel at the end of Americana Terrace. Trapper's Island will include 304 condo units in 5 buildings. As per the site plan (below) buildings A, B and C are adjacent to the Boise River Greenbelt and buildings D an E are located along Settlers Canal on the south side of the development. Beginning at ground level, each of these 6-story condo buildings will include first and second-floor parking and/or retail space with four floors of single-level condos above the parking.

The design of the buildings is intended to be urban in nature while softening the density of the project with elements of wood and landscaping to blend into the surrounding site. The design uses traditional materials with a modern geometry to blend the more traditional look into a contemporary urban environment. Each building is intended to be unique with the design as a whole feeling more like an urban neighborhood along the greenbelt while providing privacy for residents. The exterior materials for the living spaces include stucco siding, and horizontal fiberboard and shake siding.
