Pritchett Booth is a single-family home development by Westminster II, LLC, currently under construction at 1617 North 24th Street in North Boise, ID. The Pritchett Booth proposal is to develop the formerly owned Salvation Army site, which is home to the historic Booth Home, constructed in 1921 as a hospital, and Marian Pritchett School, built in the 1960s. Eight new single-family homes are proposed to be built, while three condominium units will be created within the Booth Home (a contributing structure) and two condominium units in the chapel building of the Pritchett School (a non-contributing structure).

Currently, there are 51 trees on site. Nine will be relocated on site, and seven will be removed and an additional 51 trees are also proposed to be planted. Overall, 50% of the property will be landscaped so that it will continue to provide a park-like setting and reflect the nature of the surrounding neighborhood.
