Mccartys Boise

Named for prominent local businesswoman Martha McCarty, Mccartys subdivision is a slice of early Boise history. Located in North Boise in what is now considered West Downtown, the neighborhood is bordered by 19th Street to the west and 16th Street to the east. Plated in 1899, many Mccartys homes for sale were built in the early 1900s in the craftsman style that was popular at the time. Priced between the $400s and $800s, these historic houses range from modest bungalows to the slightly more stately. Despite its proximity to the city center, Mccartys has managed to maintain its charming residential feel.
