Londoners Subdivision Boise

Londoners First Subdivision is one of the original subdivisions in Southeast Boise. In 1890 a plan to build a bridge across the Boise River, to what is now known as Broadway Avenue, created the first real residential communities. The area had previously been primarily agricultural. Londoner First Subdivision, Dundee, and South Boise First were platted on Broadway. Shortly thereafter in 1895 a new community, South Boise Village, was incorporated along Broadway and Boise Avenue, just south of current day homes for sale near Boise State University.
