Dundee Subdivision is located in Southeast Boise, ID. In 1890 the plans for a bridge on Broadway Avenue, across the Boise River at what is now Broadway Avenue, stimulated growth in the area. The Dundee First Subdivision was platted near Broadway and in 1895 a new community South Boise Village, was incorporated. South Boise Village, located between Boise Avenue, Broadway and the Boise river was eventually platted as the present day Dundee Subdivision. The area features a variety of architectural styles ranging from the original 1890s construction to mid-century moderns of the 1950s.
