I would highly recommend Lise Kohl and her team from We Know Boise to help facilitate the sale and purchase of anyone’s home. We were very apprehensive to sell our home due to the fact we’ve never done it before. Lisa came in explained the process of selling and subsiquint purchase for us. She spelled out in detail the plan and gave us detailed information to execute. Her team kept us informed at every step of the way, even when we were stressing with process. When we were ready to sell, the team put together a great promotional package and we had 4 parties view our house the first day. Within a few days we had two offers for more than what we were asking. My husband and I are relocating this year from Fairbanks, AK to Caldwell, ID. It is a big move and a big distance. After we made the decision we knew we needed a realtor and I found Lisa Kohl online. About Hailey
Coordinating all of the meetings and other logistics of a real estate deal can be stressful and chaotic, but not if you’re in the capable hands of Hailey Lenz. As an executive assistant, Hailey is our clients’ first line of logistical support. She is supremely organized, detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about answering questions.
She ensures that every client feels they are being well cared for. Past clients describe her as someone who “does not settle,” she said. “I am going to do everything I possibly can to make this a great experience and make things as easy as possible.”
Clients would characterize her as responsive, organized, and thorough.
Hailey particularly enjoys working with older clients who are hunting for their “forever home” and families with kids looking to upsize – she says that children’s curiosity and excitement is contagious.
An Idaho native, Hailey graduated from the College of Idaho (BA, business and Spanish, ‘15) before earning her master’s degree in industrial organizational psychology from Capella University in 2016. Her master’s training focused on ensuring work environments run at their optimal levels, including things like performance, communication, and professional satisfaction – skills that now directly benefit her clients.
She loves Idaho and spends much of her free time traveling and exploring the great outdoors. She also enjoys crafting and reading.
Before becoming an executive assistant, Hailey worked in the healthcare industry. She says that experience honed her adaptiveness. It also made her very comfortable working with a wide variety of personalities and people from different cultures.
“I practiced patience, listening, evaluating/anticipating needs, being data-driven and always wanting to learn more,” she said. “All of which has greatly benefited my role in real estate.”
